Studio 12 engages with policy makers

Good to see students in Studio 12 have been taking the housing brief and its political context to heart, attending regional and national events to broaden their understanding of complex current housing issues we face.

In March students attended the Architects for Social Housing (ASH) meeting in London and the Architecture Students Network (ASN) meeting in Belfast. Then in April some managed to attend the ‘When does housing make us well?’ event in the House of Commons organised by Home: The Tenants Foundation. Closer to home some students are now thinking about helping out with the Brighton and Hove Community Land Trust after the end of term.
