Ben wins at Free Range.

After a hectic week of taking work from Brighton to London and building on site BA Interior  Architecture students and staff had another successful year participating in the 2017 Free Range  exhibition at the Truman Brewery in Brick Lane, London. Our space and the students work received lots of praise from both judges and students and staff from other universities taking part. This year Ben Merry was awarded the prize for best drawing.

Course Leader Gemma Barton said ” I am always so proud to see hard work being rewarded, Ben’s win was well deserved as he really pushed himself to try new approaches when it came to his drawing techniques and ways in which he communicated his ideas”

After a busy private view on the Thursday evening and industry talks on the Friday everyone was pretty exhausted but happy: we had a great space this year and set out to make an ‘interior’ rather than simply display a range of student work and the hard work really paid off.

Well done everyone.
