On March 9th Studio 12 held an interim review for second and third year students. Guest critics included former Brighton students Matt Pattenden and Ed Sharland now working in architectural practices.

We were also joined by Brighton Community Land Trust founder Peter Clarke who is acting as our ‘client’ for the site in Coldean, Brighton.

Third year student Eron Sahota impressed us with his use of models and photographs to explore his modular hillside housing scheme. Second year student Jonathan Martin-Thomas also put his models and over-worked photographs to good use in the development of an experimental live-work proposal. Harry Hayes, also second year wallpapered the entire gallery wall with his hand-drawings as he pursued his interest in inside spaces that bleed into outside spaces.

A really interesting range of work.
